Do you recognize these palms

I have had these palms given me. Both are indoor palms. The one on the left is supposed to be a trachycarpus according to the woman who owned it. The one on the right was left out overnight when it was being brought to me.

Does anyone recognize either of these palms?

You don't have to be crazy to grow palms in Alberta..... But it helps
