Hey Mike, yes I planted them back in April, and they have grown quite well.
They might have grown 4 to 6 inches overall in height,in fact they have grown more than the T. fortunia, which has been in the ground for over a year. They defineatly like the cooler weather and have put more leaves on since September than all summer long.
I also planted a pindo palm same time as the waggies and it has doubled in size,I was surprised for I heard this was a slow grower.I will cover it like a greenhouse, with a sheet of plastic over a wire gage, and hope it makes it thru the winter.
I read that you had to get a smaller greenhouse, have you got it set up yet?
I dont have any protection up yet its been in the 60's these past few weeks. If it gets cold this week like they say I will put stuff up this weekend and next weekend.
