Maybe this little Dypsis is just being shy? 😯

This is about the only thing I could figure out to help "Straighten" this one out 😆

I think it will straighten itself out given time. It may look alittle strange at first, but it will grow upright.

Kent in Kansas
where it's cold in winter (always)
and hot in summer (usually)

Good luck with the Gaussia, I believe these would benefit by the addition of some horticultural lime to the mix when potting up?
( Read that somewhere....I have a couple that are just starting to germinate)

Hopefully this one will grow out OK, It germinated normally then went into a deep pot, wasn't up against the sides or obstructed in any way ......so just one of those "things" that happens 😆

Seems to have finally figured things out, I was a little concerned about the root system laying horizontal just under the surface but it seems to have adapted.
