This is reminiscent of a Queen Palm without a trunk, reported to be drought and frost tolerant.

Thanks Dean,
These surprised me, they were pretty dry and all of them floated at first.
Seems like all I had to do was just add water, and presto! 😆
This photo is 2 days later, ready to be potted up.
