I just got the one PDP palm that looks almost identicle to yours (from the same tree too 😀 )
I have many many that I have potted in the treys and many more that have popped and ready to be potted in the treys. I didn't realise they were that slow of growers 😥
Kansas ~ The PDP's are coming along nicely, Any Palm seems fast when compared to growing Cycads from seed 😆
Nice score on your Cycads, Mr. Chumley has a nice selection and always promotes conservation & customer service.
Don't be dissapointed if the ones you received with fronds start to loose them, The cooler weather along with the transplant shock will usually cause them to go. Once Spring comes around everything will take off!
In case you don't have this link, This page has some great articles on Cycad culture.

Supposedly I am getting some Cycad seeds soon. We'll see if they show up. They were froma guy who picked up a bunch while in Tampa.
Man, I have more darn PDP seeds with strap leaves starting than I know what to do with. The biggest one, I just planted up in a tiny lil pot I had extra and it seems to be doing fine.
I will send you a PM, I am coming up to Salina on Monday. Are you going to be around so I can get you these Butia Seeds and a Butia seedling and a Sabal Louisiana seedling?
I have AM appointments Mon & Wed. this week that will probably turn into all day affairs, Maybe in another week or so?
(Not sure about the P. messages going thru, I've got something going on with my computer that won't even let half my mail show up. But I am thankfull that it still turns on )
Let me know if your Cycad seeds show up, From the description it sounded like they could be some sort of Zamia?
Santa going to bring you a digital camera this year?

Would it be OK if Tuesday then?
With what I have going on next week, it's going to take me a week or two to recover 😥
Here are some of the Phoenix roebelenii, They are getting a good start,I plan on getting them into full sun this season 8)

Steve - you apparently have the favor when it comes to germinating seeds. Your seedlings look great. There is nothing quite like babying the seedlings along over the winter months in anticipation of springtime and warmer temps.
Kent in Kansas
where it's cold in winter (always)
and hot in summer (usually)

Steve looks like a bigger greenhouse is in the plans for the near future? Everything looks great. Always enjoy seeing palm seedlings. 😀

Okanagan Palms and Tropicals

Something is bound to germinate eventually
Finally have a little better set up with the indoor lights this year. Nice to be able to watch things grow at a normal pace.
This is the corner of the dining room I "borrowed" for this Winter 😆 Going to try and get a start on more greenhouse space in Feb/March
