Hey Gang:
I had a leak in a above ground pool and lost much water. Immediately after I noticed I had a couple of hundred palm sprouts coming up. From where the water flowed towards some bushes. I would suppose they are the Dwarf Palmetto's that I have growing here. Unless they are something else brought in with hardwood mulch that was in the area. Time will tale. Any body good at identifying seedlings? 😆 8)
All the Best,
Dean

Dean, Considering I had near 100% germination from your minor seeds, that would be my first guess! 😆
Between the birds and the mulch, you might have a mix. Any other Palms in the neighborhood?

Steve,
No, not really any other palms of seed bearing age. There are some of the I guess Palmetto type palms a couple of houses down and on the block behind us. This was really a large cluster. Unless when I cut the grass some got thrown in that area for some reason.
Regards,
Dean
