Am wondered how fast I can get a date palm to grow from a seed? And some other techniques that I can use for other palms. I want to make a nursery.

Nobody panics when people plant normal trees because its part of the plan... if someone plants a Palm EVERYONE LOSES THERE MINDS!

To grow a date tree from a date pit, soak several date seeds for a week in cold water, changing the water daily to prevent mold or bacterial contamination. Plant the seeds in a pot in potting soil, protected from cold temperatures.

I soak mine in water for three days, fresh water daily
Then put them in a damp paper towel in a ziplock bag. Somewhere warm , with no light. Check every week for roots ...as you find some growing, transplant to a pot
