Has anyone had any experience with germinating seeds from this palm. If so I would welcome any advice.

I have had 8 out of 40 seeds germinate so far. I just transplanted one into a one gallon pot a couple of days ago and it seems to be doing well. They grow very quickly and the one in the pic is already 6"+
