Not much growth other than on my Spinulosum, but here is some Winter pics. All of them are in the greenhouse and doing pretty well. BTW, all of these are from the great grower Mr. Robert Chumley except for the on Spinulosum. So anybody looking to buy some can use this as advertisement...........
Dioon Spinulosum (NON Mr. Chumley)
Nova Wilailik (have two of these and they are my favorite cycad/dioon/etc.
Looking good Wes. Once the heat of summer kicks in they should do some major flushing.
Yea, I think maybe in a month or so, around mid March, I will start my ole reliable cow manure treatment that I had so much luck with last year. I REALLY hope it helps a large Coontie that I didn't take a pic of that Mr. Chumley sent me.
Last year the cow manure made everything flush twice as many times as the year before.
Very nice Wes. How big is your greenhouse and what are you using for heat?Look forward to seeing them in the summer.I`ll give the manure a shot as my cycads aren`t flushing near as much as yours.

The greenhouse is 8' by 6'. I am just using a little heater for heat but when it gets REAL cold I use another one (two heaters).
Good sizes, very nice, Wes.
I read somewhere that manure tea applications are a great way to fertilize,
versus worrying whether manure is aged enough to mix into soil.
Your numerous flushes have convinced me to hop the farm fence with my shovel.
ps--you need a dog to help "age" that tennis ball. 😆
