Wes I don't know if you found a panzhihuaensis yet, but they have them here, plus a lot of the rare Encephalartos... nope, I'll holding myself back (At least till spring 😆 )

Not sure if I am the Wes you are posting to but I do have one and so far, this being the first winter, all looks good.

Hey Wes. Sorry it was for Wes (Kansas). He was looking for one but couldn't find one.

Wes North Van. You are in a zone 8b correct ? If I was you I would try a lot of different cycads. Some may not be leaf hardy in you area, but should leaf out again every spring.

I am starting with c. Panzi.

I think I will also try a sago this spring. There are quite a few growing outside here with success.

I may try others this spring also.

Thanks Laaz. I sent them an e-mail asking them about their stuff. We will see, however I DO have a good feeling about them as there stuff is from California, and well described.
