I've lost plants to ice storms, falling trees, wind, hail, nearby tornadoes, grasshoppers,...... and the list goes on.
(However, considering what others have gone through this year, I am grateful things were not any worse here!)
Easy to get discouraged at times, but I don't think I could give this up even if I wanted to 😆 😆

Wow, Steve, look at the diameter/vigor of that stem closest to camera.
Bet they'll push to three feet. 😀

Thanks for the up-date on the cycads.......nice photos........Robert C.
I live on 12 acres in Central Florida about half way between Tampa and Walt Disney World.I have seed colonies of over 60 varieties of cycads. I have over one half acre of variegated cycads and I make many hybrids as well.
