Most people have not seen a mature picture of this hybrid so I have been told to post a picture of it. This is an 8 yr. old plant grown without the benefit of fertilizer. This may be the first Taitungensis X Revoluta "mature plant" that many of you have seen, so I thought I would have it posted for your reference. It grows more upright as you can see, and does not have the recurving habit of a Revoluta and also has a much wider spread . Please feel free to give me your input. And of course, this is one of Mr. Chumley's plants.. 🙂

Here's to all the global warming pushers, may your winters be -30 below and four feet of snow in your driveway. Because I want you happy.

Great looking cycad. Is it hardier than the pure form of revoluta?
How is it's growth rate?
Finally how does one get seeds or a plant?
