This is an interesting article, but it fails to state that the species was first discovered and named more than 100 years ago. Zamia tuerckheimii is an under-appreciated species in cultivation, but it is still quite rare and, as a result, quite expensive. I believe Chamaedorea tuerckheimii was also described by Hans Von Turckheim?
Z.tuerckheimii and C. tuerckheimii are two I hope for a chance to grow some day πŸ˜€

Actually, neither species was described by Von TΓΌrckheim; rather, they were described in honor of him.
