Probably no one wants to carry them in Canada because if they died the customers would be coming back for refunds . Never understood that in plant material as there can be a hundred and one reasons a plant dies and of no fault of the nursery . With something like the hardy palms your pushing the limits of them to begin with anyways . I'll probably try out montreal plants and southcoast in the spring for my needs . Thanks for everyones help . I'll keep looking in at the board and hopefully post some pics when I get the palms in the ground 🙂 .

You'll want to include a photo gallery of plantings at your customers' properties.

While the palms are great...a little too rich for my wallet.
Will stick with my smaller ones and hope the fertilizer eventually produces those sizes.

Do you have a showroom? I will be in Montreal in the latter part on February and if I have time I would like to come by. Obivously I wouldn't buy anything now considering the temperature and the fact I'm flying to Montreal. But I could come back in late spring.

Mike those cold hardy palms planted are excellent. By planting so close to the street people get to see palms are possible to grow in Montreal with proper protection. Nice to see zone 5 or 5b palms surviving there. What is the coldest temperature the palms in the photos have experienced? How many years have they been planted?
