My biggest washy has been doing great.. I have noticed that the new fan is opening but there is no stem growing. I will post some pics and any help would be great...thanks everyone

Thats normal - the petiole will come eventually. It looks great!

looks just fine ap..!!
how about a full shot next time around so we can see the trunk?
PS: my washys is sucking back the water about 3X a day..
