It's currently 47F out and partly sunny. 40s by day and upper 20s or 30s by night forecasted for this week. Hopefully uncovered for the summer now.

Coldest temperature this winter was -2F, with numerous other nights at 0F.

Removing some snow so ground can warm in the sun.

Another picture.

Looks like no damage this winter. This is going to be its 3rd summer in the ground. Leap year?

Wxman, your trachy looks great! Did you use any extra heat? What is the zone were you live?

I had a space heater inside set to 40F. I live in zone 5b, but we only experienced 6b temperatures this winter.

Here's to all the global warming pushers, may your winters be -30 below and four feet of snow in your driveway. Because I want you happy.

Wxman,

Your trachy looks great! Awesome job protecting.

My larger one is about that size. I may have to put it in the ground this year.
