Trachycarpus oreophilus

Does anyone have any experience with Trachycarpus oreophilus ? I have some that have just sprouted. How cold hardy are they really ? I have seen it listed as hardy to 10 f 14 f & 20 F...

These are native to the mountainous regions in Northern Thailand and my suspitions would lead me to think that 20f for breif periods would be the limit. Beyond those temps the T. oreophilus would suffer greatly perhaps making it, maybe not.
They grow on shear, limestone cliffs that are virtially inaccessable in many cases. Winters in the region are manily dry with most of the rainfall in summer.
