here's an update for my Trachycarpus nanital.......hurricane just passing us now.

Nice healthy plant-looks like it has done well this year.
For a second I thought we were going to the molecular level
when you focused in on it like that!
Are you sure that was a Hurricane? 😉

Very little damage for me from the 'hurricane'. We got lucky and didn't loose any power and no trees down in my yard. The bananas actually came through with little damage too! But other people have lost trees and are still out of power. My wife's grandmother lives down the street from me (3/4 mile) and she lost power for 3 days. Overall I'm amazed of all the damage from a storm which only produced guests to 62 mph in our area. I guess it was the duration of the wind??
