Mike,
Just a heads up that the montrealpalms video (English version) has audio trouble.
Music drowns out the woman narrator, cutting in and out, drowning out your narration too.

Wish I saw that synthetic thatch existed before I built my pergola last summer.... arg!

Yeah I used to sell the real coconut thatch and still have some but I was contacted by Palmex to be a distributor and that stuff last for 20 years guaranteed. I am not really pushing these products merely putting the info out there that I can get it and from a Canadian supplier. Can you buy any products to treat your thatch or cover it in the winter
