My T. Fortunei I have planted out front has these big almost florescent looking mushrooms growing at its base. Is this a sign of anything or did they just pop up normally. I have never seen mushrooms around here before. Kinda odd!!!

Maybe something that came along with your Palm?
Most mushrooms and such are beneficial and tend to promote "good" bacteria growth. I wouldn't be too concerned, unless perhaps they start growing on your plants 🙂
