This was so funny I had to post a pic of it. I went outside to do some yard work and I noticed that my sabal palmetto is putting up a flower stalk. It is the skinniest thing I have ever seen. Its so funny. It will probably only be able to hold 3 seeds before bending over lol 😆

Sorry it took so long to post I have been working alot. Thanx for the advice im just sitting back and watching what happens. I have been watching the temps and my daily highs in the yard are around 100 at the wall where the sabal is. The stalk is pushing outward and starting to widen a bit , I guess Ill see in a week or so how it is. I havent been in the yard much to damn hot!!

Did you mean how big is my sabal palmetto or my sabal minors? anyway here is pics of both.

Here is a pic of my palmetto when I first put it in the ground in april I think it was.
It has about 8ft of trunk.
