Placement of Trachy (Sun room or patio)

I have a sun room that is attached to my house that has windows on all 3 sides and maintanes a tempature close to 30C in summer with humidity levels around 60%. I had my windmill palm in the sun room untill June 5 of this year and at the time It was pushing out 3 massive fronds all at once and seemed to be growing very fast! I decided to move it litterly 3 feet from the original sun room spot to the patio I made sure to keep the position of the pot the same as it was in the sun room, it now gets slightly more sun then it did in the sun room. The reason for this post is that it seems like it has cut down on its growing by about 50% or more! Is it to do with the fact that the sun room has a consistant tempature? Or is it because it was spring and the palm was growing at a faster rate? Im debating wether to move it back into the sun room or just leave it outside. My summer so far has been one of the hottest on recored with day time highs in the mid to high 30's with humidity levels near 100%. Feeling like 40c.Ill post a picture of my palm you can see the sun room in the picture it will give you a better idea is to how far i moved it
