very nice. looks like you are going palmy on San Juan Island.

Kent in Kansas
where it's cold in winter (always)
and hot in summer (usually)

Very nice bunch of palms Erik! Do you plan on planting them this year? I yes looks like you got some serious planning/designing ahead of you. Cool house too Erik!

Yeah, love the house and you'll make it a tropical paradise with your palms.

Nice. 🙂

Thanks for fixing the links Laaz. I will not be planting this year. I will have to keep moving the pots around until the wife approves of there final resting place. I am definatley trying to go Palmy on the San Juan Island. After being a transplant from florida we miss our palms.

Where are you going to store them over the winter Erik?

A few of them will spend the winter on the porch to see how they winter over. The rest will be going in a cabin / greenhouse.

Erik how did the sacrificial Mule palms do that you planted last year? I would like a couple of the bigger ones but doubt I`ll ever see any here in B.C. Thanks for the pics.

Gorgeous palms Erik.
I bet your wife will find spots for them right away to get that tropical feel sooner.
Can't wait to see planted pics.

Sorry about the Mules croaking...what a shame.

Great house! The "alcove" shapes (between windows) will afford a nice microclimate ... and two storeys is great!
