Anyone here have one of these and if so, how has it been to take care of?

Thinking about getting one so looking for advice from fellow Palmsnorth members.

Here is a couple photos of a mature one at my friends house in Florida. The last photo of a couple Syagrus S that my friend and I pollinated with syagrus R. Seeds will be dropping soon. YAY.
