Hi Ryan,
Is your business mainly mail order or do you have a store front as well I believe you are in Scarborough. Nice to have a source of exotics within the GTA. BTW, did your palms survive the winter?

Unfortunately my palm did not make it. It was not because of cold weather, but rather my light shifted on a cold night and pointed right at the trunk. When I uncovered the plant had dried out :(. I will try again this year as well as testing the hardiness of other trachy species. The palm did have some cold -14C nights unprotected with no damage whatsoever.
