everything looks wonderful but I am wondering, with the palms being such large specimens and most I would think would be ground planted isnt there alot of lose from them not being established and a short growing season? a 60 gallon is not going to root in well in 1 summer and then your cold cold winters dont help. do most customers go to extremes to protect them or buy them as annuals?

Total eye candy, Mike, well done!
Nice to hear most are sold, and palm fever is spreading in Montreal.
Great!

Thats a lot of palms. I would hate to pay the shipping charges for them but would love to have all of those in my yard.

if you know someone with a semi most of the time they will just charge fuel. I have a few on stand by but if I pull a 10ft from FLA it will die over winter.not enough time to root in like I was asking about...and there winters are far far worse than mine.

I didn't have issues with the two I bought a couple years ago, and i planted them in july. I built wooden boxes over them and draped a few strands of c9 lights and a thermocube and they've done well. I have 3 trees coming from Mike in a couple weeks as well and I'm not too concerned with them having time to get established this summer. I'm more concerned with getting some boxes made and dealing with covering five trees every year.

Thanks Yall for your comments. Through my experience , even my pindo that I planted in December-3 years ago and my windmills and bananas that i planted 5-10 years ago late in the season did well so I am not sure who told you that Mike. Ideally , yes spring plants should be planted in the spring but anytime works for these evergreens
More videos to come
