I have a mediteranean fan palm that overwintered ok until the last couple months. Its now outside in the ground but the newest spears have pulled right out. Is there any hope for this or should I dig it out and replace it?All the other fronds also look poor. I suspect its a victom of my heavy handed winter watering.Do these ever recover ?

I have had this palm for a long time and they do recover. They need lots of sun, they like to be very dry all winter.

Dave. I have ten of them, they should recover fine. If kept wet they can have spear pull.
