I bought 3 small needle palm saplings. About 8 inches tall. Bought them 4 months ago. Thay have not grown at all. They get sun, water, fertilizer. What could be the problem. The tip of eat blade is brown.

Nothing is wrong. Needles grow very slow & can sit for the first year without much growth at all.
