I have decided to try Syagrus romanzoffiana outdoor in my zone 6a. But i have no experience. I know that the Syagrus take -8 C without any problem. Maybe someone give me any advice?

Sounds like a nice challenge to me. Start thinking about protection strategies now since you'll surely need a good one.
I have no experience but I wish I did.
I'd suggest a heated box with a little fan for moving air and a window.

Supposedly there is a form called "Santa Catarina" that can take down to -12 C if I remember correctly. However, there isn't too much info about it on the web.

I have never grown a queen palm. I plan to buy some inexpensive ones (they start at US$10 for ~1m height) but I'll dig them up in October and bring them inside.
Bill's ideas sound like a good starting point. His results with Washy are impressive and should give you an idea on what to be thinking about. Just more so.
I guess my real feeling is, why? To me, Butia is a better looking palm, and the fact that it is hardier is a nice bonus. So, my advice is to read the thread on Butia in zone 6 and do that instead.

Why not try the Mule Palm it is a little more hardier and crossed with the queen.

Mules are tougher but they are really pricey! I saw some wholesale and I was surprised at the cost.
