I was kinda amazed when I was looking through last years pictures of the front of my house. A lot has changed
but my 2 winter 15 Gallon windmill has sure put on some killer growth this year. I know you guys probably heat
my hole yard with cables but the only one in the front is the washy which is 10 ft. now. Here's a few pictures.

Mid July 2008

Sorry about the pictures as there not that great. My friend is coming over to take some nice pictures with a real
camera soon. I'll post those after, these were today 9.16 with my camera. Top of 1st floor window is 10 feet 14 to
the bottom of the second.

Jim the small palm is a 15 gallon serenoa repens, it's done well putting on some good growth. I have to make sure to
protect that guy good since they need tons of heat to grow good. If it defoliates I won't be in good shape with it most
likely. It's bigger then it looks actually the putunias are all over it, good thing they look nice. If you can believe it that
saw palmetto cost more then the washys did 🙄 at the same place too! Just had to have it if you know what I mean!

The out front nana is a red tiger sikkimensis, The giant one in the back is an orinoco I'm pretty sure, the red one is a zebrina, and there a real nice super dwarf cav. behind it thats is getting ready to flower soon one more leaf I think or so. They were all tiny tiny this spring eccept for the orinoco and the super dwarf.

Bill that`s amazing how much growth you have on those plants in just over a year. Mine have been planted for three year now and just this year starting to take off. Looks great.

That was last year Jim. That guy is dead! The second one I just cut the stem to see if I could get it to pup.

Well Jim it could have been a couple of things I guess. They looked awsome from Nov-Feb. in the basement they
even grew, they grew a lot actually. I might have watered them too much, but around the end of Feb they started
to wilt. They still had tons of leaves on them at this point, I figured they where suffering from cold so I cut almost
all the leaves off so I could get them near the window in my stairwell. Bad idea they just declined from there it's
really a shame too because they where GIANT. This year I'll just leave them alone and drag them outside when
there's no more frost and really hold off on the water. I have one good sized one around the size of yours and 10
in 3 gallon pots that I grew from starters. I have learned so much since last year so hopefully they will all make it.
I have I 60 nanas in 3 gallon pots that I need to do something with when the weather gets cold. I'm trying to corner
the market I guess. Should have next year covered in the nana department. LOL Did you ever see the picture of
them in the basement? It's kinda funny how big they were.

Did not see that one.
One thing I have learned about nanars is......you either give them enough sun/warmth/water during winter or....shut them down in a cool dark palce
