Hey everyone.. Was down to see Mike at Montrealpalnts.com on the weekend and picked up my new Trachy! I was going to get a 30gal but decided to upgrade to the 4 ft of clear trunk. It's about 6.5 feet tall..
Finally complete
New Trachy in the front
Catus putting out new pads
New Nannas
Magnolia putting out it's leaves.. This is the one I overwintered.
Bamboo putting out new shoot
Trachy I am trying to save
I think things are growing so well because of all the warm weather we have been having. Mostly in the 80's and 90's each day not going below 60 at night..
Thanks for looking!!

Hope to get another YouTube video before long.

Everything looks great! Beautiful new trachy, nice find. There's nothing like the instant landscape effect a nice big trachy brings... Great job!

Excellent! When am I going to get the invite to come check it out?
I'm glad that your bamboo has shot, three of mine (same spp. and cultivar) have shot, the other is burnt to a crisp and is probably dead! Did that rhizome cutting I gave you ever produce any top-growth?
It's getting into cactus flowering season, you should come out when I'm back (sometime around the 25th).
Things are really moving along!
You don't mess around. That is one big Trachy. Looks great. Take care of her.
Every looks great!
Beeeeeeeeeeeeeeautiful Trachy!

Thanks everyone!! Go big or go home I guess?? Maybe just crazy 😉
Let me know when you're around a stop by for a visit Paul!! The other Bamboo hasn't done anything yet!

Wow Scotty you sure got a beauty.
I had trouble getting past the first two pics...4 feet of clear...well done!
And good luck with saving the other Trachy.

Scott nice to see that beautiful Trachy. The fronds are very rigid and great for when it gets windy. I have a couple of wimpy Trachys with half their fronds drooping over yuk. They look crappy. Congrats.
