On another note......

If you have a chaemerops humulis, throw that in...

I have 3 that I've been hardening off. They bushed out and added some offshoots this year..The cool wind has not fazed them yet, nor has the cold (-3C lowest temp to date @ night).

They are planted in my raised beds.

I plan to push them as far as I can before I experiment with temp protection ie: heat bulbs and tarp.

Hopefully that won't be till December...

They are my favorite palm this year...
