Just wanted to post some pics of my( "poor mans" Ae Ae )Canna Stuttgart.

Before a storm took the biggest part down.

Almost all white leaf 😀

I don't have that Canna. Maybe next year.
For me, Canna are like bananas except: cheaper to buy, require less fertilizer and water, easier to get through the winter, more interesting foliage, and will flower. And of course grow taller.
So, I think lots more Canna here next year....

I do love Stuttgart, and yours look good! I grew them for a while but gave up since I couldn't keep the leaves looking very nice (the edges continually burnt to a crisp!).. I don't know if they are a poor man ae ae though...

Canna are awsome. MIne are doing really good, been flowering since mid july ish. No stuttgart though. I had the same problem as you jim. My tropicanna black got snapped when we had some hail/higih winds. You can Mass plant then so they support eachother, but doing so can casue diseases and the like to spread like mad ( especialy the canna viruses). Concidering most canna have virus, yours looks clean... grats dude.
