That is about what I guessed. I have the down payment but I doubt that I can afford the payments on a 500k mortgage and continue spending and traveling. I know that our clutter wouldn't fit in 900 sq Ft. But a nice smallish lot would be good. Not having to shovel 320 Ft of sidewalk and a 25 x 25 Ft driveway would almost make it worth while.

But I don't know if I could give up the view here(Angelo's bald head gleaming in the sun as he hand trims his grass). 😆
