I know about jims needle palm taking cold but I need a trachycarpus like takil, fortunei, bulgaria. Whats the best one for zone 5b or 6a. I know I need protection. They would never overwinter with a trunk unless there is a structure. I need the best one. 😀

If it was me Donny, I would try the bulgaria. I always wanted to try that one again.

Here's to all the global warming pushers, may your winters be -30 below and four feet of snow in your driveway. Because I want you happy.

Your right. I will buy the bulgaria Its coldest temp been in -28C at polarpalms. But sad news There is nothing at the nurserys they said they are getting ready but DesertZone where you live you can buy stuff. boise temps almost reached 20C. Temps here are cold with NW winds blowing at 30 MPH. The palms at home depot are gone. People got at them. Soon temps are going to reach 24C on first of april 😀 DesertZone to be nice how do you get a weather thing up there I want Trenton on there to. We have a big airbase biggest one in north america that has accurate forcasts.
