Your Banana plants have to have fruited and sent up pups by now
as recall they were 6'+ in May or something like that!

I have about 6 of the Pachys that grow the palm like trunks....
I thought there was only Lamaeri and Geayi but i found a couple others
that have fatter trunks but look just like Lamaeri or Geayi.....

That must have been a cool trip!

yeah, bananas are huge all over the place and pups galore.....No flower yet though...I'll post pics soon. I was actually in teh Peace Corps living in Comoros Islands in the Mozambique channel next to Madagascar, insanely beautiful places and oh the flora!!!!!!!
