Chad,
Putting all your neighbors' yards to shame with all your hard work and great specimens. 😀

If you drink, don't drive. Don't even putt.

How fun it would be to plant palms without protection. 8)

Any protection for the palms?

Here's to all the global warming pushers, may your winters be -30 below and four feet of snow in your driveway. Because I want you happy.

Thanks igor. thats one of my favorite areas. Speacially at night when its lite up and the sound of running water.

Barb, Im killing the neighbors and putting the entire barrio to shame 😀

Jim, tried planting some new stuff yesterday and lost a flipflop in the mud. But its better than last week. Everything around my building was under 6" of water for 3 days. So far I havent even loat a cactus. 8)

DZ, the only palms that dont get protected are minors and my oldest needle. My largest windmill and silver med. are both growing out of winter damage. Lost a small sabal palmetto and had to trunk cut a pindo. So it aint so easy going here right off the blue ridge. Even though I do have easier than some. If I can keep my CIDP and bizzy alive this year Ill be surprised.

Cameron, thanks. I guess I am lucky that a lot of my usual annuals are turning inro perenials. I love having blues, yellows and purple in the landscape.

Mike, we got another blast last night as well. It will be another week before I can mow. Forcast is calling for storms every afternoon.
