One of my Chamaerops humilis have set a single seed. I'm not really sure how this happened. All appear to be male palms.

Cheers, Barrie.

That is possible to have both a female and male flower on one clumping med fan palm.
The seeds are very easy to germinate.

I wasn't sure about the male/female on Chamaerops. I've seen it on Trachycarpus but rarely. I wonder why only one seed? I have grown them from seed and yes they are one of the easiest to germinate. When the time comes, I'll have to see how this lone wolf makes out.

Cheers, Barrie.
