the bump in leaves where it was trunck cut-
it also has about 4 1/2' of trunk..not being
caught by the Trachys anytime soon,if I can figure out how to cover it....also,last night
I trimmed about half the leaves off the 2 smaller ones
opening up some light for Protoamericana,T.Nanus ETC.

Oh man, how they all have grown !!!! the secret is obviously a very early and warm spring.
Just like moving a zone south.

Refresh my memory please...what`s the flowering plant in the 4th pic.

And that Sequoia in the background ...nice.

Jim, you have a wonderful cactus garden. Did you consider to get some Lavender variety for your garden? Some varieties are hardy for zone 5. They give a Mediterranean touch.

You've inspired me to try Agave(s) again. Thanks!

The Castors are starting to move.

Here's to all the global warming pushers, may your winters be -30 below and four feet of snow in your driveway. Because I want you happy.

Thanks guys/gals...I didn't realize the Yucca trunks were so big!

The flower is Portulaca Barb.

Yea,the early warm spring means everything apparently 😉

April was normal and May averaged 57/80F at my place.

The Agaves are on at least leaves 5-6

Never considered Lavender Henoh-good idea!

Heres a pic of the Sequoia, not so much upward growth(athough
it is much taller)but every branch has grown a foot and a half at least!

And one of the Castor leaves, already 30" accross!
