Hey Todd ... I have a Crossman 795 rifle, but staying up late night in my 4 foot crawl space, waiting for a rat isn't gonna happen. One thing we don't have on the island are squirrels.

If you can't find a feral on the island...get a regular cat or 2...

These creatures have kept the vermin at bay in my yard and garage greenhouse for 2 years now. (even though I was not a cat person). I see most of the nurseries and greenhouses down this way have a cat on watch...now I know why...
