Mine are still inside for some reason.
I cut the dwarf cavendish and Raja Puri back to store over winter. They were brought out at the same time.

Musa Basjoo. It was purchased this winter and has added a leaf per week ever since.
Musa Violacea that I germinated from seed in just over 2 months.
I have also managed to germinate 1 M. velutina after 4 1/2 months. No pic. I'm afraid to do anything for fear of killing it. 😉

You don't have to be crazy to grow palms in Alberta..... But it helps
