Here is a pic from downtown Boise, about 23rd and Main streets if anyone is familiar with the area. It is on the south side of a small retail building. Also on the same lot is another of (apparently) the same species, some bamboo, a few pampas grass-like plants, as well as some more typical Idaho landscaping (Picea pungens)... Does anybody know what this is?

Looks like Yucca Rostrata or maybe Y. Tompsoniana, but my best guess would be Y. Rostrata.
