found a woodsman to take me to a stand of these and this is what I came back with. found them in a rock outcrop in a pine forest in semi shade. have 2 main plants and about 15 pads to root. I know there common but if anyone wants a pad or 2 i would be happy to send them with out without roots.

the larger ones are potted up the pads are in some dirt to root. I realized the lady up the street has a different version so I have to go ask for some of hers to have a nice mix
