These things are so stiff, they're like petrified wood.

I know why they're red.

To hide all the blood from fingers. 😕

The nursery should sell bandaids with each plant.

She's a beauty. I think we concluded it was a Furcraea since we saw a great photo of what the sucker root looked like.

Yes that's true.
But I didn't think Furcraeas had hard red/brown spikes (if any).
