Here's a good article i found about yuccas and plants growing in the desert sand dunes. Check out the roots on the y. elatas. 😀

That is a good read 🙂

One of the reasons nursuries don't carry Y. Elata is because their roots get so big. 😯

Jay good article on the adaptability of Yuccas. I was really surprised by how they survive on the desert sand dunes. They are one tough plant . Although Palms are my favorite Yuccas are gaining ground fast.

Yeah, it's amazing what they can go through. 😀 I have to say yuccas are my favorite. 🙂

Yuccas are my favorite also 😀 I love palms too but I can't grow the big ones here 🙁
