In May. There are millions of cactus out there. Not sure what kind, but I know they put out a very pretty red flower.
My question is, how do I know if it has seeds? I can't think that I have seen a cactus with seeds but I wasn't looking either.
If I get some, I will send the seeds out to you guys with a SASE.
After the cactus flowers, it should have a fruit (seed pod), when the fruit dries the seed is ready for harvest.
Are they ball cactus? My guess is that they are mostly pricklypears and chollas? If you can take some pics of them, I would love to see want kind are out there 😀

Here's to all the global warming pushers, may your winters be -30 below and four feet of snow in your driveway. Because I want you happy.

I'll do you one better. I plan on digging up a bunch (there are hundreds). I will take a pic, send the pic to you and if you want, I can send a couple to you. Maybe trade a palm or something. I will get a couple for you.
