Here is a pic of my last agave neomexicana. It has been through one winter and looks good. I have had such mixed results with agave, just when I think they will live forever.....try and try again 😆

Here's to all the global warming pushers, may your winters be -30 below and four feet of snow in your driveway. Because I want you happy.

Looks awesome. 🙂 How big do these ones get Aaron?
My friend has a full grown one and they don't get very big....maybe the size of a yucca filamentosa without the suckers. They look awesome when they get bigger 8)

Looks great there Aaron. Seems to be hardy in your zone. Do you use any protection if at all?

Hi John,
I don't know if that one got coverd last year or not, I think it did? The more I think about it the more I think that plant was planted in 2004? This year I started a new program in my yard, I don't try to plant anything without a name tag with the date. 🙄
I cover all my ify plants with hot-caps when they are young or untill they don't fit under the cap or untill I run out of them.
I plant so much and lose so much that I have a hard time remembering the what and the when. 😆

And yet,it keeps making little pups, even at it's tiny size!
