Cold hardiness cross rostrata x rigida is better/and nicely/ that rigida/-12C to-15C/,I think about -15C-18C.
Last year 3 weeks cold period with low 9C without protection no problem/no fully rooted !!/

I think dry and good drainage is important that cold low !!

Not fertilize few years,when not fully rooted.

How long until fully rooted?

I read (somewhere?) a good yucca fertilizer is 3-1-2 once a month.
Or 19-6-12 for 3 months.

Josef, you're the yucca and agave "master". 🙂
I will wait until fully rooted.

I think about 2-4years is fiully rooted,depend on circumstances
When apparent growth, I thimk no problem with little fertilize.
