Steve 07 always chimes in when people need help! He's a great resource to this site, if you have a real question take his advice serious as he's a cold hardy pioneer!!!

Hey, Aucubas are an odd plant. I never really noticed how many of themthere are around here until everyone started mentioning them. I always thought they were a "tropical looking" leaf and never gave it much thought. They are nice looking bushes , and are eveyrwhere I now notice. They grow nicely and really big too.

PS Hope all you fellow East Coasters are ready for another Nor'Easter this week coming: they're saying significant snowg]fall and/or ice as well... :banghead:

I'm ready for spring.......the snow is getting old fast. The last storm had snow, sleet, freezing rain, rain, then freezing rain, then snow. Boy that's a southwest plant killer.
