What is a best price for this plant? The guy wants 400 USD (it sounds crazy, but this particular yucca is only the one imported to my town in last three years).

Looks like Y rostrata to me, but could Yucca thompsoniana or Yucca linearifolia. Get a close up of the leaf. 🙂
Seems I would be able taking a close up leaf picture once I'll buy it... for reasonable price.

I agree with Aaron. The taller one looks like Y. rostrata but it's not super happy. A close-up of the leaves would help.
